Seth Rollins may actually lose his World Heavyweight Championship, Let me explain why...

Of course nobody wants him to have such a short reign, but odds might be against him.

As he revealed in Impaulsive Podcast, he's having multiple health issues.

Issues with Neck, Knees and lower back which he said he should get a surgery on.
Firstly, WWE might want to not risk his health, cause if it gets more serious, it will be relatively more difficult to recover from.

So WWE may give him a break to fix all his health issues and recover then return back in future.
So, the first major of him losing could he his own health and fitness.

Now, if we take look on some other possible reasons. So that's simple and straight, i.e. Judgment Day's ongoing storyline.

It has been reported that WWE are looking to book Judgment Day to as same level as The Bloodline. Obviously touching the Bloodline's level, their aura, the stuff they did over the past 3 years would be tough task, but atleast somewhat of doing what they did would also do the job.

For Now it seems that everything is good between Finn Balor & Damian Priest, but we all know its not. We still get a bit of glimpse of "heat" here and there between the two.

Cash-in, betrayal, all this stuff.

At SummerSlam, WWE could have the perfect opportunity to give the title to Finn Balor and then make a storyline of Damian either cashing-in at the same night which could lead to a feud between the two "current teammates" or it may have a long-term booking where we could see Damian constantly thinking of cashing-in and trying to win the title for himself but then being stopped by rhea or Dominik or finn himself.

This will lead to a "Long-Term Storytelling" and when eventually Damian has had enough and cashes-in, we could see either finn or damian turning face and getting kicked out of the faction and then a new member coming in which has been reported for months now. The break in the faction and them then clashing against each other would be really interesting to watch.

These are the major 2 reasons of why Seth may lose his match at SS, Simple and Straight.

Well, we have to wait and watch if Seth Rollins actually loses his title at "Biggest Party of the Summer" but one thing is certain that the odds of that happening is much more likely then it was in at Money in the Bank.
